ONE OF
TOP 25 SMALL BUSINESSES OF THE YEAR 2009
Home Instead Senior Care is proud to announce
that it has been named one of Cobb County's Top 25 Small
Businesses of the Year by the Cobb Chamber of Commerce and
Atlanta Journal Constitution Media Solutions.
Businesses were nominated earlier in the year,
and after a review by an independent panel of judges, Home
Instead Senior Care was selected as one of the Top 25 companies.
Candidates were evasluated based on the criteria
published by the U.S. Small Business Administration. Those
criteria include staying power, growth in number of emplyees,
increase in sales or unit volume, current and past financial
standing, innovative products and services, response to
adversity, evidence of contributions to aid community projects
and overall management philosophy.
Home Instead Senior Care provides older
individuals with in-home, non-medical assistance, personal care,
transportation, light housework, meal preparation and
companionship so they may remain independent.
The Cobb Chamber of Commerce represents Cobb
County's diverse, dynamic business community. The
Cobb Chamber is a member-supported business organization working
to maintain a healthy economy by bringing business and industry
to the area, helping established firms grow and building the
community through outreach and service.
